Additionally, rising industrialization and work-related stress leading to mental health issues & lack of exercises increase this need. children, clinics, hospitals, and nursing homes further underscores the growing need for physiotherapists in India.
NEET exam is compulsory in Maharashtra for BPT
Admission in BPT course in Maharashtra is based on the NEET exam. Therefore, it is compulsory for Maharashtra students to appear in NEET exams and score the cut-off marks to sit for the Maharashtra CET counselling for BPT college allotments.
Whereas, in Karnataka BPT admission is direct based upon the class 12th marks, hence NEET exam is not required for admission in Karnataka.
Note: No NEET is required in Deemed colleges, only CET exam of the deemed college is required for BPT admission.
Thus, most of our students come for BPT admission from Maharashtra & Goa.
